I'M MORE THAN JUST some guy who puts you to sleep while rambling on and on about how much I love the craft of journalism.

I'm an actual journalist

"Kid Delicious follows the motion of the stick, his arms reaching forward like Superman flying over Gotham City."

Wasn't it Batman in Gotham City?

Oh nuts. I guess it should have been Metropolis. Damn you comic book geeks!

Looks like you do have some fun writing these stories. Do you pick your topics, or do they tell you what to write about?

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think this sentence's grammar is correct.

And at a third a young couple fondle each other between shots.

Shouldn't it be fondles? And if so, can I take your editor's job? I'm sure it pays more than mine.

Just so you know, I'm not trying to be a smart ass pointing that out. I'm just curious if that's correct.

Let me fix that, becuase my puntuation is wrong, and I am commenting about editing.

Now everyone is trying to correct me?

I'm pretty sure it's correct as it is. Couple is singular but they, which is implied, is plural. Since it is plural, there is no s.

Am I wrong?

Hmm, good point. Grammar is so confusing sometimes. That's really going to bug me now : )

I really like this article. I usually don't like long-format but I really like the structure of this and how the characters are built.
